Report or block someone

In a chat, long-press a message and choose Report. On a profile, a chat header or a post, tap the "..." menu and choose Report or Block. Blocking hides both of you from each other everywhere in the app immediately. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours and removes content or bans accounts that break the rules.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

Delete your account

In the app: Me tab, then Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, photos, voice notes, posts and comments are erased, and your messages are replaced with an empty "removed" marker in your partners' chats.

If you can no longer open the app, email support@hedgielabs.com from the email address linked to your Apple or Google sign-in, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify and delete the account within 10 days.

Deleting the app does not cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.

Subscriptions

BeepoTalk Pro is billed by Apple. To cancel or change a plan, use iPhone Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. To restore a purchase on a new device, open the Pro screen in the app and tap Restore purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Common questions

Is BeepoTalk a dating app?

No. BeepoTalk is for language exchange. You connect with language partners to practice.

Why can't I send a photo in chat?

To prevent abuse, photos unlock after you and your partner have each sent more than 10 messages.

신고 및 차단

채팅에서 메시지를 길게 눌러 신고를 선택하세요. 프로필, 채팅 상단, 게시물에서는 "..." 메뉴에서 신고 또는 차단을 선택할 수 있어요. 차단하면 서로가 앱 어디에서도 즉시 보이지 않아요. 모든 신고는 24시간 이내에 검토하며, 규칙을 어긴 콘텐츠는 삭제하고 계정은 정지해요.

생명이나 신체에 급박한 위험이 있다면 먼저 112 또는 119에 연락하세요.

계정 삭제

앱에서: 나 탭, 계정 삭제. 삭제는 즉시 이루어지며 되돌릴 수 없어요. 프로필, 사진, 음성 메시지, 게시물과 댓글이 지워지고, 상대방 채팅의 내 메시지는 내용 없는 "삭제된 사용자" 표시로 바뀌어요.

앱을 열 수 없다면 Apple 또는 Google 로그인에 연결된 이메일로 support@hedgielabs.com에 "계정 삭제 요청"이라는 제목으로 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 10일 이내에 삭제해요.

앱을 지워도 Pro 구독은 해지되지 않아요. iPhone 설정, 내 이름, 구독에서 해지하세요.

BeepoTalk Pro는 Apple을 통해 결제돼요. 해지나 변경은 iPhone 설정, 내 이름, 구독에서 할 수 있어요. 새 기기에서는 앱의 Pro 화면에서 구매 복원을 누르세요. 환불은 Apple(reportaproblem.apple.com)이 처리해요.
